It demonstrates its long term ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer.
GILLAM aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system.
This by including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Despite the toughness and cost of the certification process for a company like GILLAM, we are ISO9001 compliant since the beginning of this standard (over twenty years).
We were one of the first Belgian companies to meet the conditions in this field. We’ve never given up since.
